This course is an introduction to First Aid for Mental Health and helps the learner to recognise the signs that someone might be struggling and gives them the skills to start a conversation and signpost towards professional help.

First Aid for Mental Health FAA Level 2 (1 day)
Building on the Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health this course introduces the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan which allows learners to provide their peers with comprehensive guidance and support for a suspected mental health condition. Learners will be able to provide signposting to professional help and support that person whilst they are receiving professional assistance.

Supervising First Aid for Mental Health FAA Level 3 (2 days)
The course is suitable for those within an organisation who have a Leadership & Management or HR position and for those who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and/or for First Aid for Mental Health overall within an organisation.

Menopause Awareness (3 hrs)
This three-hour Menopause Awareness course enables the learners to understand what the menopause is, the impact it has, day to day and in the workplace.
It also includes the (many) common misconceptions surrounding the menopause, as well as the legal position of an organisation when supporting women through this time in their lives.

Supporting Menopause in the Workplace (1 day)
This 6-hour course is aimed at decision makers within the organisation or the person who has taken the lead on Supporting Menopause in the Workplace. The learners will understand what the menopause is, the impact it has on women, day to day and in the workplace.
It also includes the (many) common misconceptions surrounding the menopause, as well as the legal position of an organisation when supporting women through this time in their lives.
What an organisation’s obligation are to support, what are considered reasonable adjustments and looking at what is best practice with regard to a menopause policy.
